Check Out Time:
Check out is 11:00 am on the day of departure
Cancellation Policy:
Between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival: entire deposit is forfeited.
Between 8 and 30 days prior to arrival date: amount of refunded deposit is contingent on the re-rental of reservation minus $50.00 cancellation fee.
More than 30 days prior to arrival date: entire amount refunded, minus $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee.
No refunds for early departure

There is a US $300 refundable security deposit required at check-in.
